Pork Chops Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 butterfly pork chops
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 can Hunt's Special tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. Minute or regular rice
Preparation
    Brown pork, then place in an 8 x 17 x 2-inch baking dish. Slice and set aside onion and pepper garnish.
    Dice remainder and add to rice, tomatoes and sauce.
    Pour around chops.
    Add garnish. Bake at 375\u00b0, covered, for 35 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
