Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
2 c. diced potatoes
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. margarine
6 c. heated milk
2 c. corn
1 1/2 c. bacon, ham or both
Preparation

Cook potatoes.
Saute onion in margarine.
Add flour until smooth.
Add milk; stir until smooth.
Add mashed potatoes gradually.
Add ham and/or bacon or both.
