Escalloped Cabbage Or Cauliflower - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, chopped or 1 medium head cauliflower, chopped
4 Tbsp. oleo or butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
3/4 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter or oleo.
Them stir in flour until smooth.
Add milk.
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese to melt.
Cook cabbage or cauliflower in salt water for 5 minutes.
Drain. Arrange alternate layers of cabbage or cauliflower and sauce in a greased 2-quart casserole, ending with sauce.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
