Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. fresh apples, chopped
1 c. dates or raisins, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

If plain flour is used, add 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon soda.
