Baked Red Snapper And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 red snapper fillets (3/4 to 1 lb. each)*
    3 c. hot cooked rice
    6 to 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. diced water chestnuts
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1/4 c. diced pimiento
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
