Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 c. applesauce
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. soda in 4 Tbsp. \"hot\" water
3 c. flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients; pour into greased and floured angel food pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
