Sherried Artichoke Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breast
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. onions, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with seasonings and brown in 4 tablespoons butter.
    Arrange chicken in 2-quart casserole.
    Add artichokes to casserole dish.
    Add remaining butter, mushrooms and onions in frying pan.
    Saute until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
