Apricot Salad Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) apricot halves
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. red grapes, halved and seeded
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
mayonnaise
greens
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin in water and soften.
Drain apricots.
Sieve fruit and sugar in shallow pan.
Heat until sugar is dissolved. Stir gelatin into syrup until dissolved.
Mix lemon juice.
Cool. Stir in balance of ingredients.
Chill until firm in a 6-cup jello ring mold.
Serve with mayonnaise or favorite dressing on bed of greens.
