Pork Roast Barbecue(Serves 10 To 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) fresh pork shoulder roast
    3 parts hickory flavored barbecue sauce
    1 part hot barbecue sauce
    1/3 to 1/4 c. vinegar (optional)
Preparation
    Wrap roast tightly in foil.
    Bake in an iron skillet for 8 to 9 hours at 225\u00b0.
    Drain; remove bone and fat.
    Shred meat. Combine sauces and vinegar if a sharper sauce is desired. Moisten meat with sauce and serve on buns.
