Yellow Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    6 egg whites
    6 egg yolks
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil together sugar and water until it will spin a thread. Pour syrup over beaten whites of eggs.
    Beat until cool.
    Add the egg yolks, well beaten.
    Fold in flour, cream of tartar and vanilla.
    Bake in oven for 1 hour.
    Put cream of tartar in whites of eggs and vanilla in yellows.
    Follow directions carefully.
