Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) chicken (for baking)
    1 1/2 c. water
    salt
Preparation
    Wash well.
    Salt inside and outside of chicken thoroughly. Brush outside with butter.
    Place in roasting pan with water and cover.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven until done, approximately 20 minutes per pound.
    Remove cover last half hour to brown.
    Use chicken broth for rice dressing (hashwee), soups, etc.
