Zuni Corn Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lamb
8 ears corn
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. red chile
6 c. water
Preparation

Dice lamb into cubes; simmer in 3 cups of water until tender. Cut corn from cob and add to lamb with 3 cups more water (very hot).
Add chile and simmer until corn is tender.
