Vegetarian Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. red kidney beans
    1 oz. low-fat Cheddar cheese
    1 c. lettuce
    hard corn taco shells
    lite sour cream
    salsa
Preparation
    Mix kidney beans with cheese and lettuce (both shredded). Spoon mixture into 2 hard corn taco shells.
    Top with 1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream and 2 tablespoons of salsa.
