Baked Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked
    2 eggs
    3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil with onion, garlic and parsley.
    Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper; simmer for 1 hour.
    Cook lasagna in water until soft.
    Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese.
    In an oblong pan, spread 1/2 cup sauce; then alternate layers of lasagna, sauce, cheese and egg mixture and Mozzarella cheese until baking pan is filled.
    Top with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly.
