Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    a little minced onion
    Ritz crackers or soda crackers
Preparation
    Add broccoli to boiling water.
    After thawed, cook an additional 5 minutes; drain thoroughly.
    Mix all other ingredients, except crackers.
    Add drained broccoli and stir. Crumble crackers on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until set.
