Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 cans tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cumin seed (important)
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 to 4 cans kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion with flour.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Add beans and simmer a few minutes longer. If too thick, add tomato juice.
