Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. long macaroni
1 qt. water
1 tsp. salt per qt. water
2 c. Cheddar cheese, cut in 1/2-inch squares
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for 9 minutes.
Water should cover macaroni.
Do not drain off all water.
Leave a little.
Place alternate layers of macaroni and cheese in casserole dish.
Beat eggs and milk well.
Pour over macaroni and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Should be moist inside and golden brown outside.
Serves 6 to 8.
