Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked, pureed pumpkin, cooled
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 uncooked 9 inch pie shells
Preparation

Split pumpkin and clean out seeds.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until flesh is tender.
Scoop out and puree in blender.
Cool. Add eggs, milk, sugar, corn syrup, salt and spices to pumpkin. Beat until smooth.
Pour into shells and bake at 350\u00b0 until set 35 to 40 minutes.
Don't overbake.
