Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans drained sliced carrots
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large bell pepper, sliced in rings
1 large onion, sliced in rings
Preparation

Bring tomato soup, vinegar, sugar, oil and Worcestershire sauce to a boil.
Arrange sliced carrots in a shallow baking dish.
Pour mixture over carrots.
Top with bell pepper and onion rings. Simmer in 350\u00b0 oven until onions and bell peppers are tender.
May be served warm or chilled.
