Fried Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 bundles spinach, cut
1 lb. bacon, fried hard
1 medium onion, cut
Preparation

Fry bacon.
Once bacon is cooked, remove from pan and place on a paper towel.
Drain half of grease and place it on the side.
In the remaining grease, in the pan, place spinach and onion.
Let cook.
If it begins to dry add a couple of teaspoons of water. Once the spinach has cooked, stir in the bacon (crumbled).
Serve hot.
