Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing mix
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 large zucchini (5 c. when cooked), chopped (not peeled)
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. grated carrot
Preparation
    Prepare stuffing per package directions.
    Stir in margarine. Place 1/2 on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Boil zucchini with onion. Drain well.
    Add soup, sour cream and carrot.
    Place zucchini mixture on top of stuffing.
    Top with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 10.
