Quick Tapioca Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix tapioca, sugar, salt, egg and milk in saucepan.
    Let stand 5 minutes, then bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Stir once after 20 minutes.
    Serve warm or chilled.
