Ham And Cheese Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated or chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. chopped ham
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    dash of black pepper
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. saltine crackers, finely crushed
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Combine all ingredients; mix.
    Pour into a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
