Baked Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices square bread, crusts trimmed
    6 slices American cheese
    6 slices ham
    1 c. ground cornflake crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    6 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Put 6 slices of bread in bottom.
    Top slice of bread with a slice of cheese, ham and another slice of bread.
    Mix eggs, milk and mustard (blender) and pour over sandwiches in pan.
    Refrigerate overnight and 1/2 hour before baking, sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
