Baked-Tomato Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium, firm, ripe Roma tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    3 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 lb. dry spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. fresh or 2 Tbsp. dry basil
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes lengthwise and place, cut side up, in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mix garlic, 1/3 cup parsley and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
    Pat mixture over cut side of tomatoes.
    Drizzle 2 tablespoons oil over tomatoes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until browned on top, 60 to 70 minutes.
