German Caramel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. caramels
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. Carnation milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake according to package directions.
    Pour 1/2 of the batter in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
