Brunch Cheese Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    8 oz. cheese slices
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread.
    Four hours before serving, alternate layers of bread and cheese in greased shallow casserole and pour melted butter over top.
    Beat eggs well; add salt, milk, pepper and mustard.
    Pour over ingredients in casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
