Aunt Mary'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/3 c. warm water
    1 c. warm milk
    1/3 c. melted butter or shortening
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve dry yeast in warm water. Mix together warm milk, melted butter or shortening, sugar and salt. Add dissolved yeast and flour. Continue mixing for 5 minutes. Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Roll out into balls and let rise again for 1 1/2 hours (dough should be kept warm from mixing until baking). Bake 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
