Creamed Corn Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can no salt added creamed corn
1 bunch green onions, chopped with tops
1 c. skim milk
1 egg white
2 Tbsp. unbleached all-purpose flour
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, skinned and cut into eighths
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
paprika
dry whole wheat bread crumbs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (175\u00b0C).
Mix corn, green onion, milk, egg white and flour in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Place chicken over mixture and sprinkle with seasoning and paprika.
Cover with bread crumbs and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes, until chicken is tender. Makes 4 servings.
