Sweet Potato Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. milk
    miniature marshmallows (as desired)
Preparation
    Peel and cut pototoes into 2-inch slices.
    Put in saucepan with enough water to cover potatoes; add salt.
    Cook until half done; drain potatoes.
    Melt butter in microwave 1 minute.
    Then mix sugar, cinnamon and milk into butter.
    Pour over potatoes; bake at 400\u00b0 until tender.
    Remove from oven and put marshmallows on top. Put back in oven until marshmallows are golden brown.
