Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar sauerkraut, drained, squeezed dry and chopped
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. celery
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. shredded carrots
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vinegar and oil.
    Blend with veggies.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Stir well before serving.
