Stuffed Calamari - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh calamari, cleaned
    2 chopped clove garlic
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 (28 oz.) cans Pastene crushed tomatoes
    salt and red pepper flakes to taste
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine garlic and oil; cook until lightly browned.
    Add tomatoes; simmer 1/2 hour.
    Add salt and red pepper flakes.
