Hershey'S Deep Dark Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large mixer bowl.
    Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Remove from mixer.
    Stir in boiling water (the batter will be thin and smells like hot chocolate).
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans or 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes for layers, 35 to 40 minutes for 9 x 13-inch pan or until cake tester put in center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes on rack.
    Remove from pan(s) and cool completely.
