Onion Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into 1-inch wedges.
    Peel onions and cut into 1-inch chunks.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add oil and potatoes; cook for approximately 10 minutes.
    Add onions, salt and pepper.
    Cook until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
