Le Blanc'S Barbecued Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper
4 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Place pecans in a shallow baking pan, spread out evenly. In a small
saucepan,
mix butter and spices.
Pour butter over pecans and stir until well coated.
Place pan of pecans on slow fire on barbecue
pit;
roast slowly 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until crisp and lightly browned.
