Frankfurter Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
    6 Tbsp. butter
    4 to 5 frankfurters, cut up
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
    Add frankfurters and cook until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add eggs, cheese and parsley.
    Cook until eggs are set.
    Turn over to brown other side.
    Serve with potato salad or cole slaw.
