Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar

Preparation

In baking dish, mix potatoes, eggs, sugar, 1 stick melted butter and vanilla.
Mix and sprinkle on top the coconut, brown sugar, flour, nuts and 1 stick of melted butter.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
