Christmas Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks; add sugar, juice and salt and cook in double boiler until thick.
    Add oleo; let cool.
    Beat egg whites until stiff (2 whites); add flour and milk.
    Mix well.
    Put in baked pie shell.
    Use 2 egg whites for topping.
    Beat until stiff.
    Top pie and brown.
