Ziti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed, cooked and crumbled
1/2 lb. ziti pasta, cooked and drained
1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
3 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Combine Ricotta, Parmesan and 1 cup Mozzarella.
Stir in sausage and ziti.
Spoon 1/2 of mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole.
Pour 1/2 jar Ragu over this.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning over sauce; sprinkle 1 cup Mozzarella over all. Repeat layers, ending with Mozzarella cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0, or until mixture is completely heated through.
