Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or 4 to 4 1/2 c. cranberries (fresh)
    1 pulp and rind of an orange (fresh; save juice)
    1 Tbsp. liquid artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Grind cranberries and oranges; stir in liquid artificial sweetener and reserved juice.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
    Yield:
    2 cups.
    Carbohydrate 6 g, protein 0 g, fat 0 g, calories 24.
    One serving = 1/8 cup or less free food exchange.
