Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. fresh strained lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Use Crisco pie crust recipe. For extra flaky pastry, add extra Crisco. Bake pie crust shell in 425\u00b0 oven until golden, 10 to 15 minutes.
