Corn Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 lb. can cream-style corn
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 to 2/3 stick butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl and pour into Pam sprayed casserole dish, approximately 9 x 11-inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
    Last 5 minutes of baking, sliced Swiss cheese can be added.
