Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cubed beef
1 (14 oz) can tomatoes
2 carrots (sliced)
2 stalks celery (sliced)
2 medium onions (diced)
2 medium potatoes (diced)
3 c. water
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook low 8 to 12 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
