Tomato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large tomato
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese, drained
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 packet Herb-Ox onion flavored instant broth and seasoning
Preparation
    Slice tomato in half.
    Sprinkle each half with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
    Top with mixture of remaining ingredients.
    Broil until browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
