Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Mazola cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 big apples, chopped
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs; beat well.
Add flour, salt and soda; mix.
Add vanilla, apples and pecans.
Bake in tube pan that has been greased and floured at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Should be brown and firm when done.
