Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising corn meal
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    4 pickled jalapeno peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 can creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 onions
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium bell pepper
Preparation
    Mix first 9 ingredients.
    Brown ground beef, onions and bell pepper; drain.
    Pour 1/3 of corn meal mixture into pan.
    Put one layer of corn, a layer of ground beef and a layer of cheese.
    Pour the rest of the corn meal mixture over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
