Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
dash of salt
1 cooked 9-inch pie shell
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Separate egg yolks from whites and set aside.
Mix sugar, flour, cocoa and salt in a large saucepan.
Add water and cook on medium heat until smooth.
Add milk and beaten egg yolks.
Stir until mixture begins to thicken; then add butter and vanilla. Stir in real good.
When thick, pour in cooled pie shells.
