Stroganoff With Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cubed meat
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. butter
3 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. water
1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine seasoning and flour.
Toss meat; brown in oil.
Add mushrooms and onion.
Continue to brown 3 to 4 minutes.
Add butter and 3 tablespoons flour.
Mix broth and cook until thick. Add the meat mixture and sour cream.
Cook 1 package noodles until tender.
Serve meat over buttered noodles.
