Skillet Zucchini Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes with juice, chopped
    1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
    1/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1/3 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, brown beef with onion and garlic.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in next 5 ingredients.
    Bring to boil; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add zucchini.
    Cook covered 7 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
    Top with cheese.
    Serves 4.
