Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. well-drained mandarin oranges
    1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 c. fresh white grapes
    1 c. toasted almonds
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 c. cooked rice (optional)
Preparation
    Drain marinated chicken and mix well with other ingredients. (Rice is optional and may be used to stretch recipe.)
    Serve with hot rolls and a dessert for a luncheon.
